Our client, the Dutch National Association, requested our support for their 2nd annual DNA congress. DNA brought their most important event of the year to The Hague because they wanted to offer delegates two worlds in one city- a knowledge sharing congress with a little rest and relaxation. From venue, to party planning and hotel support- we played a role every step of the way to fulfil the success of DNA’s annual congress.

It was important for DNA to offer event participants a distinct venue for this year’s annual congress. They decided on The Fokker Terminal because of the industrial and open layout of the venue that could be designed to their needs.

Every event organiser chooses The Hague for a different reason. DNA appreciated the diversity of The Hague as an event destination: the delegates could enjoy the dynamic city vibes, and enjoy the opportunity to escape easily to Scheveningen beach for some relaxation.
It was important for us to support our client throughout the entire process. We assisted DNA with finding the right venue, planning their evening social event and selecting the right hotel for delegates. We worked with the hotel to lock down the amount of rooms needed for the event and at a fixed rate in a timely manner.
