Hybrid events how-to-guide
Earlier this year The Hague Convention Bureau team started organizing webinars to share the knowledge and to keep in touch with all of you. Zoom, webinars, virtual meetings, the AV technique... most of it has been new for us.
Over the course of past months, we have learned a lot and we wish to share our learnings and bring you the practical tips and tricks on what to consider when organizing virtual sessions/hybrid events. Next to our webinar series, we have also organized our first truly engaging hybrid event that took place just when the lockdown restrictions in the Netherlands were eased in the summer of 2020.
As much as we would love in-person events to return, we understand that hybrid events are not a passing trend and they are here to stay. Learning what it takes to host an engaging and successful event is becoming increasingly important. It's time to embrace hybrid events!
