COMM - Museum voor Communicatie
Experience the ultimate event at COMM, set in a superb location in the vibrant heart of The Hague. Welcome your guests in the world of communication.
Meetings & Events
COMM is much more than just a museum or a location. At COMM you will fully experience both the art and the impact of communication. You will gain insights in the way you communicate and the (sometimes unexpected) effect it can have. The museum shows you how you can optimize this to achieve the best result. In this way they reinforce each meeting or event.
Are you organising a congress, reception, meeting, dinner or press conference? Or do you want to have a spectacular product launch or an unforgettable business party or celebration? Simply share your requirements and COMM will make a proposal that matches the group of colleagues or clients for which you wish to organize a special event.
COMM has one of the largest newsrooms in Europe, a webcast studio with extensive livestream possibilities and luxury meeting rooms with videoconferencing facilities. Ten inspiring spaces for between 6 and 250 people, including the historic Theosophical Temple. And for receptions or dinners, they can quickly create an area for groups of up to 650.
COMM offers a culinary tour of discovery. Focusing on innovation and sustainability, their kitchen always works with high-quality ingredients that are fresh and recognizable. The presentation is modern and always surprising.
Enrich your event with our storytelling Hack Tour (New in the Netherlands!). Tantalise your guests through an impressive communication workshop or join one of the COMM Live events each Wednesday evening, followed by a lively discussion or debate with the presenter.
Professionals from business, social organizations and media and politics can meet each other in the Club. An attractive location offering all conceivable facilities and service, it is available to hire for private functions.
The original building on the Zeestraat 82 has a rich history. From 1841 to 1927 the Groote Koninklijke Bazar (The Great Royal Bazar - an early form of shopping mall) was housed here. The Postal Museum was originally established on 18th May, 1929, and moved into this building in 1948. Currently the museum is still located here under the name COMM – Museum voor communicatie (Museum of Communication).
